Terms & conditions

The ground rules for shopping with us.

These terms apply when you buy from furrygoods.co.uk ("FurryGoods", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. They don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ordering

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we dispatch it and you receive the dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock, was mispriced, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel before dispatch, you receive a full refund immediately.
  • If we can only fulfil part of your order, we'll contact you before dispatch.
  • Products are sold to purchasers aged 18 or over. Please follow the age recommendations and safety warnings on each product.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout.
  • Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay). We never see or store your full card details.
  • If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we're not obliged to sell at the wrong price; we'll contact you with the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

Delivery

  • We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout for your area.
  • Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, but if delivery is more than 30 days late you may cancel for a full refund.
  • The items are your responsibility once delivered to your address (or to someone you nominated). Ownership passes when we've received payment in full.
  • If a delivery fails and is returned to us because the address you gave was incorrect, we may deduct the redelivery cost from any refund.

Cancellations, returns and faulty items

Your 14-day right to cancel, our returns process, and your rights when something is faulty are set out on our Returns & Refunds page. In short: 14 days to change your mind from delivery, full refund including standard delivery, and faulty items are replaced or refunded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
  • Otherwise, if we breach these terms we're responsible for foreseeable loss you suffer as a result, up to the price you paid for the affected order. We're not responsible for losses that aren't foreseeable, or for business losses (we supply products for private use only).

Complaints

If something goes wrong, email hello@furrygoods.co.uk and we'll do our best to sort it quickly. If you're not happy with how we've handled a complaint, you can also seek advice from Citizens Advice.

General

  • We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time you order applies to that order.
  • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings, and rely on the consumer protections, of the place where you live.
